Transportation

Dear Parents residing in Teaneck, New Milford, Fair Lawn, Elmwood Park, Clifton, Englewood, Fort Lee, Paramus, Tenafly and Westwood,

The Boards of Education of your communities have requested that every family fill out a separate transportation form (Form B6T) for each student who will be attending Yeshivat Noam for the school year 2024-2025 to either receive transportation, or aid in lieu, depending on your town.

For the first time, we have created a fillable form. Please note that there are TWO different forms, based on your child's grade for next year: Kindergarten - Grade 5 and another form for Grade 6- Grade 8.

After you have entered the required information, you will be able to preview the completed document (Form B6T), and then click "sign document". Once you click "sign document", your form will be sent electronically to Yeshivat Noam and submitted to your local Board of Education.

You will receive an email from Jotform telling you that your responses have been received, and another email that your document has been signed and completed. A copy of the completed Form B6T will be attached to that email, for your records. Do NOT send the form to Yeshivat Noam. It will be electronically sent to Yeshivat Noam and all of the forms will be submitted to your local Board of Education.

Any student who will be turning five by October 1, 2024, is eligible for transportation or for "Aid in Lieu" payments.

Please complete the requested information by February 21, 2024 in order to ensure your child's place on a bus (Teaneck residents) or aid in lieu if your town does not provide busing (all other towns).

Please contact Enid Anziska, Executive Director, with any busing related questions
