Nitzanei Noam FAQ
Who We Are
What is Nitzanei Noam Nursery School’s mission?
We adhere to the Mission Statement that has informed Yeshivat Noam for the past 15 years—that is, as we design and implement our social, emotional, Judaic, academic, and physical curriculums our decision-making is driven by the unique centrality of each child. Our experienced teachers are nurturing, sensitive and flexible and possess an intellectual curiosity that is passed down to the children in their care. Our curriculum is interactive and child-centered with teachers acting as facilitators, rather than directors, of the children’s learning.
What is the birthday cutoff for each grade?
The cut-off date for each year is October 1st.
Do you have Hebrew speaking teachers?
Our teachers speak Hebrew. Hebrew will be spoken during recurring daily activities such as welcoming, snack and transition times. We will increase Hebrew conversation as the year progresses.
